Your Responsibilities as a Producer
As a Producer using Agoredo, you are responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for your business
- Providing accurate product information and pricing
- Fulfilling orders placed through your Agoredo order forms
- Handling all customer communications and support for your orders
- Processing payments directly with your customers
- Maintaining your own business records and tax compliance
What Agoredo Provides to Producers
Agoredo provides the technical infrastructure for:
- Creating and customizing order forms
- Managing product catalogs and availability
- Collecting customer order information
- Order organization and export
- Customer communication tools
For Merchant Storefront Customers
Understanding Your Relationship
When you place an order through a Agoredo order form:
- You are entering into a direct commercial relationship with the Producer, not with Agoredo
- Agoredo is merely the technology platform facilitating the order collection process
- All payment transactions are handled directly with the Producer
- Order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service are the Producer's responsibility
- Any disputes or issues with your order must be resolved directly with the Producer
Your Rights as a Customer
You have the right to:
- Receive accurate information about products and pricing from the Producer
- Have your order information handled according to applicable data protection laws
- Contact the Producer directly with any questions or concerns about your order
