For Agoredo Platform Users (Producers)
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Agoredo account and using our services to create and manage order forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Account Responsibilities
As a Producer, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Ensuring your use of Agoredo complies with your own business terms
Use of Services
You may use Agoredo to create order forms for your products and share them with your customers. You may not:
- Use Agoredo for any illegal purpose
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful or disruptive code
- Harass or abuse other users
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Agoredo, including product images, descriptions, and sales data. By uploading content, you grant Agoredo a license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Customer Relationship
You are solely responsible for your relationship with your Customers. Agoredo is a tool that facilitates order collection; we are not a party to any transaction between you and your Customers.
For Merchant Storefront Customers
Placing Orders
By placing an order through a Producer's Agoredo order form, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for order fulfillment
- Comply with the Producer's ordering terms and policies
- Pay the Producer directly according to their payment terms
- Pick up or receive delivery of your order as arranged with the Producer
Order Terms
Each Producer sets their own terms for orders, including:
- Product availability and pricing
- Order deadlines and cutoff times
- Pickup or delivery windows
- Payment methods accepted
- Return or refund policies
Important:Agoredo does not process payments or handle order fulfillment. All financial transactions and order fulfillment are directly between you and the Producer.
Disclaimers
Agoredo makes no representations or warranties about:
- The quality, safety, or legality of products offered by Producers
- The ability of Producers to fulfill orders
- The accuracy of product descriptions or pricing
You are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy and reliability of any Producer before placing an order.
Shared Provisions (Both Producers and Customers)
Intellectual Property
All Agoredo content and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Agoredo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Agoredo content without our express written permission.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
Termination
For Producers:We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
For Customers:Producers may close their order forms or stop accepting orders at any time. Agoredo is not responsible for any orders that cannot be fulfilled.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Agoredo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
