For Agoredo Platform Users (Producers)

Data We Collect

When you create a Agoredo account and use our services to manage your order forms, we collect:

• Account information: email address, hashed password
• Profile information: farm name, display name, address, country (for currency)
• Product catalog data: product names, descriptions, prices, images
• Sales schedule information: availability windows, quantities
• Usage data: feature usage, settings preferences

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the Agoredo service, communicate with you about your account, and ensure platform security.

Data Sharing

Your account data is never shared with other Producers. Your product catalog and sales information is only visible to your Customers when you share your order form link. We do not sell your data to third parties.

For Merchant Storefront Customers

Data Collected When You Place an Order

When you place an order through a Producer's Agoredo order form, the Producer may collect:

• Contact information: name, email address
• Order details: selected products, quantities, pickup/delivery preferences
• Any additional information you provide in order notes

Note:Agoredo does not process payment information. All payment transactions are handled directly between you and the Producer through their chosen payment method.

How Your Data is Used

Your order information is provided to the Producer to fulfill your order. Agoredo processes this data on behalf of the Producer to facilitate order management and communication.

Data Retention

Order data is retained according to the Producer's data retention policy. As a Customer, contact the Producer directly for questions about your order data.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Session cookies are HTTP-only and signed.

Your Rights

For Producers:You may delete your account data at any time from your profile settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated products, sales, orders, and uploaded images.

For Customers:Contact the Producer directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your order data. You may also contact Agoredo support for platform-related data requests.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
